Video Tutorial – Tips & Tricks: The Weaver’s Knot

The Weaver’s Knot is a great way to avoid having to sew loose ends into your beadwork. It’s perfect to use with Peyote stitch and Netting if your seed beads aren’t too small and the thread is fine enough. I wouldn’t use the Weaver’s Knot for Brick Stitch, Right Angle Weave, Herringbone or Square Stitch, because of the number of passes you have to make through the beads. The Weaver’s Knot works great with Nymo but isn’t as successful with Fireline because of the waxy coating – it slides!
